Luckily, making your own adult Halloween costume can be a manageable and fun project. It’s easy to dress as the favorite criminal of the ice skating world, with just a little creativity. This costume is simple to make and packs quite a punch at Halloween parties!
Materials:
- Short dress or skirted swimsuit
- Opaque beige nylons (without control top)
- Sturdy white socks
- Dark shoelaces
- White tennis shoes
- Metal pipe section or wooden stick
- Don the nylons underneath the short dress or swimsuit.
- Pull white socks over your nylons, and cut two rows of 3 or 4 small holes vertically in the socks.
- Using a cross-lacing technique, thread the laces through the holes in the socks to create an iceskate effect.
- Don the white tennis shoes and carry around the pipe or stick as your “weapon” of choice.
- French braid hair and apply blue eyeshadow and bright lipstick.
