Now there is one more reason to shop with AnytimeCostumes.com. Our new Price Match policy, guarantees you are paying the lowest on-line price available. If you find it for less we'll gladly price match or REFUND the difference to you're credit card.

How Does the Price Match Policy work?

If you find the same exact item for a lower price at another website, contact Anytime Costumes via email pricematch@anytimecostumes.com) or phone (toll free 877-546-2757) prior to OR within 3 days of placing an order.
Provide us with:
1. Your AnytimeCostumes.com Order number if you've already placed your order.
2. The AnytimeCostumes.com Item number for the item in question.
3. A Link to the other online store's product page for the item in question OR the other on-line store name AND their item number.
4. The other on-line store's price for the item in question.
We will review all information and if the product is eligible for the Price Match, we will REFUND your credit card for the difference between our price and our competitor's price. If you have not yet placed your order, we will simply adjust the price down on the item at the time of purchase.

Please Note: Price Match Claims will not be accepted between October 15 and November 10.

How Does Anytime Costumes determine Product Eligibility?

For a product to qualify for a Price Match, all the following criteria must be met:

You must notify us prior to or within three (3) days of placing your order.
Items found at a lower price must be identical to those at Anytime Costumes.
Items found at a lower price must come from a legitimate online store (and excludes auction sites, consignment, major discount chains, liquidation/overstock/closeout stores).
Items in question must be in stock at our competitor.
Items found at a lower price must not be a Sale, Closeout or Clearance item. Items must be new with original packaging and must not be used or refurbished.
An eligible price must be online advertised price, prior to coupon codes or any other form of discounts (public or private).
Price Match discounts can not be combined with any other AnytimeCostumes.com product discount coupons or promotions.
Price Match discounts CAN BE combined with AnytimeCostumes.com Shipping Promotions.

How and When Does the Price Match take effect?

If you contact us prior to placing your order, we will review your inquiry on the spot. If the product in question is eligible for the price match, we will take your order over the phone and you will be charged the lower price for the item.
If you contact us after your order has already been processed, we will review your inquiry as quickly as possible. If the product in question is eligible for the price match we will issue a refund to your credit card for the difference between the price you paid and the lower price. Price Match refunds are usually issued within 1-2 business days.
