Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us! Most of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns Program and fall under our 7 Day Return Policy. When ordering costumes, please use our size charts for help selecting the right size. Once you receive your package open it immediately and try on your items. If for any reason you are not happy with your costume you may exchange the item(s) or request a refund. Please read the following Return & Exchange Policy carefully to ensure your purchase is eligible for return. Note that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
- All items are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact us immediately upon inspection. We will make every effort to replace or refund the merchandise as quickly as possible.
- Please open your package and try it on as soon as it arrives. If you are not satisfied with your costume purchase it may be returned or exchanged. All Return or Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Due to their "one time use" nature, there are No Returns or Exchanges on Hats, Wigs, Masks, Make-up or Costume Accessories. Additionally, Special Orders, Mascot Costumes or orders containing over 12 pieces of one particular item are Final Sale.
- To Return or Exchange a costume call 1-877-546-2757 or 631-737-5008 within 7 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and additional instructions.
- Once you have obtained an RA number, your package must be post-marked within 5 days of the RA date. Packages post-marked after the RA Expiration Date may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- We highly recommend using a "traceable" shipping method to return the package back to our warehouse. All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- Returned merchandise MUST be in a new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Many costumes contain several parts. Please take care to return all the pieces. We can not accept returns on worn merchandise or costumes with missing parts. No credit will be issued on worn or incomplete costumes.
- Refused packages and items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
- IMPORTANT Return and Exchange Policy Halloween Exceptions: Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, Return or Exchange requests for all orders shipped between October 17th and October 31st MUST be made AND POST-MARKED prior to Halloween (October 31st).
Please Note: Costume styles (Colors and Fabrics) are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We do reflect any changes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them.
