How quickly will my order ship and when will I receive my order?

If placed Monday - Friday by 2:00 pm Eastern time, most orders will be processed and shipped out by the following business day. During the Halloween Rush in October however, it might take up to 48 hours. (Order Early!) If you place your order on the weekend or after 2:00 pm Eastern time, your order will be processed and shipped no later than one or two business days after you place your order. After the order is processed and leaves our warehouse, shipping time will be based on the delivery option you've selected. Please keep in mind the day your order ships, does not count as a shipping day. Additionally, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays do not count as shipping days. Ground ship times vary. Please click here for the UPS Guaranteed ground delivery time to your area. (Please note that UPS will not guarantee delivery times between December 12 and December 25. Your package may take up to 2 days longer due to high package volume.)

What size costume should I order?

At AnytimeCostumes.com, we know that sizing a costume can be almost as stressful as choosing one. Costume manufacturers provide us with general size guidelines that typically correspond to regular clothing sizes. These sizes are posted in parentheses next to the size selection buttons in each specific item.

The Men's Sizes refer to Jacket Size.
The Women's Sizes refer to Dress Size.
The Child Sizes refer to child Size, not age.

To size your costume properly, we suggest you take items from your own wardrobe that fit well and compare them to the measurements we have provided. Costumes on average tend to run small. Please do not get discouraged if you need a costume size larger then your real clothes. This is normal! If you find that you are in between sizes, we recommend that you choose the larger size.

My event is next month, how far in advance should I order a costume? When should I order my Halloween Costume?

In today's busy world it is hard to plan ahead however we certainly recommend our customers ORDER EARLY in the event you do need to make an exchange. If your costume does not fit, ordering early will ensure you have enough time to make an exchange without costly express shipping fees.

Halloween is always October 31st. Above all, we strongly advise you to order early for Halloween. Due to the seasonality of our products ALL orders shipped between October 13 and November 3rd are FINAL SALE and ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Ordering prior to this will guarantee the greatest selection and allow time for an exchange if necessary.

Do I have to place my order via the internet? Can I call you to place an order?

While our shopping cart and online ordering system is extremely safe, we understand that some customers would rather give their payment information over the phone. If you would like to place your order over the phone, please have handy the Item Name, Item Code and Size of each item you would like to purchase prior to calling our Costume Professionals. This information along with your valid credit card will help facilitate the placement of your order. Once you've gathered all your information, call us toll free at 1-877-546-2757 to place your order. Our Costume Professionals are available to answer questions and take your phone orders Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM EST.

How much does shipping cost?

At AnytimeCostumes.com we charge one shipping fee for your entire order. There are no additional "per-item"charges. Our standard shipping charges are outlined below.

Due to the various shapes and sizes of our products, some items such as Hats, Swords, Roman Armor, or Grass Skirts may require oversized cartons or multiple cartons to avoid damage during shipping. All oversized cartons, orders of multiple cartons, and truck shipments are subject to increased shipping charges. You will be notified prior to shipping if your order requires any additional shipping charges.

Orders being shipped to a PO Box, APO, FPO or other Military address will automatically be sent through the US Post Office via Priority Mail. There will be a $8.99 shipping/handling charge. Oversized cartons and orders of multiple cartons may be subject to increased shipping charge. You will be notified prior to shipping if your order requires any additional shipping charges.

REFUSED PACKAGES

At the time of delivery, if you refuse your package without prior authorization from anytimecostumes.com, you are still responsible for the shipping charges and a restocking fee. The day your package arrives back in our warehouse, you will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise less a 25% restocking fee.

International Shipping rates vary greatly depending on the weight and size of the package. The Shipping Costs outlined above are only approximations. These costs will vary. You will be contacted via email for approval, prior to shipping if these charges are going to change.

Due to heightened credit card fraud, if your billing and/or shipping address is outside of the United States, you may be required to fax us a copy of your credit card and a picture ID. This is to protect you from any potential fraudulent activity. We appreciate your cooperation.

IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION: Your package will be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the importer of the items, must pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES AND DUTIES IMPOSED ON YOUR PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS! If for some reason, your package is released to you without paying the customs charges and we get billed by your government for these charges, we will charge your credit card for the amount due.

What forms of Payment does AnytimeCostumes.com accept?

At AnytimeCostumes.com we accept VISA, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You will be able to choose your preferred method during the secure checkout process. We also accept Purchase Orders from Schools, Churches and other public and private organizations. Purchase Orders must be signed by an authorized purchaser and mailed or faxed to (631) 737-5013 along with the Accounts Payable contact information. Payment Terms are generally Net 30 Days and we do require a $75 minimum on all Purchase Orders. For more information regarding payment via Purchase Order please call customer service toll free at 877-546-2757 during our normal business hours.

How do I know if my costume is in stock?

At AnytimeCostumes.com 99% of our on-line costume inventory is in stock. If you see the item on our website, it should be available. If we temporarily run out of stock, the item gets hidden so it can not be ordered. We try our best to keep the on line offering as up to date as humanly possible. In the rare event you've ordered an out-of-stock item, a quantity that exceeds our current on hand inventory or your order can not be processed for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order. You can always call Customer Service prior to placing your order to double check availability.

How will I know when my costume shipped?

Most orders are processed and shipped out within one business day after you place your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the UPS, FEDEX, USPS or TNT tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I return a costume that I purchased?

Due to the "one time use" nature of our products, standard practice within the Costume Industry has always been No Returns or Exchanges. However, times are changing. Costumes are now being purchased over the internet where they can not be inspected for quality or tried on ahead of time. To accommodate for this, anytimecostumes.com has developed an Exchange Policy. If for any reason you are not happy with your selection, you may exchange the item for a different size or for something of equal or greater value.

Our Exchange policy is as follows:

There are No Returns or Exchanges on Hats, Wigs, Masks, Make-up or Costume Accessories.

All items are checked prior to shipping. If an item is damaged or destroyed in shipping, please contact us or the carrier immediately upon inspection.

Costuming may be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or greater value within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Please open your costume and try it on as soon as it arrives.

To exchange an item, you must call 1-877-546-2757 or 631-737-5008 within 3 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and exchange instructions. AnytimeCostumes.com is not responsible for shipping charges on exchanged or returned items.

All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Once Authorization is given, your package must be post-marked within 5 days of the return authorization date. Items returned after the RA expiration date will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. The items will be sent back to you at your expense if we feel they have been worn and no credit will be issued.

Refused packages and items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

There are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on special orders or orders containing over 12 pieces of an item.

IMPORTANT Halloween Exchange Policy Exclusion Dates: Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, All orders shipped between October 13 and November 3rd are FINAL SALE. THEY ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Please be sure to review sizes and double check basket contents before ordering.

How do I make changes to my order?

If you've made a mistake and need to adjust an order, please respond to your confirmation email or call us as soon as possible at 1-877-546-2757 to inform us of the necessary changes. At AnytimeCostumes.com, we strive to ship your order the same day it is received, so, orders are processed very quickly. Once your order has shipped, it is impossible for us to make changes to the order.
