Shipping Methods & Policies

Most orders placed before 2 PM EST (Monday - Friday) ship the same business day. All other orders will be shipped out by the following business day. Orders generally ship from our costume warehouse located at 200 13th Avenue - Unit 12, Ronkonkoma, NY 11779. If your order can not be processed for any reason, you will be notified within 24 hours.

When choosing your shipping option please note:
The day your order ships does NOT count as a shipping day. Additionally, UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or National Holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day). These do not count as shipping days.

Due to the nature of our products, some items such as Hats, Swords, Roman Armor, or Grass Skirts may require oversized cartons to avoid damage during shipping. All Oversized Cartons, Orders of Multiple Cartons, and Truck Shipment are FOB Ronkonkoma, NY and are subject to increased shipping charges. You will be notified prior to shipping if your order requires any additional shipping charges.

Please Note: UPS WILL NOT GUARANTEE Ground Delivery Between December 12th and December 25th. Ground Shipping may take an additional 2-3 days due to increased Holiday shipping demands.

Option 2 - UPS 3 Day Select $16.49

Option 3 - UPS 2nd Day Air $21.99

Option 4 - UPS Next Day Air Saver $32.99 (Arrives by 7 PM the following business day)

Option 5 - UPS Next Day Air $38.49 (Arrives by the early afternoon the following business day to most areas)

Option 6 - US Postal Service International Express Mail $36.85* (7-14 Days NOT GUARANTEED)

Option 7 - US Priority Mail $8.99 (Use for PO Boxes, APO, FPO, HI and AK)

Option 8 - Pick Up At Ronkonkoma Warehouse.
(Orders may be picked up between noon and 5:30 PM the following business day. Call 631-737-5008 for earlier pick up.)PLEASE NOTE: Orders may not be placed for pick up during the halloween season of October 1st - October 31st.

Option 9 - TNT International (2-3 business days pending normal customs clearance) $95.00* Orders being shipped to a PO Box, APO, FPO or other Military address will automatically be sent through the US Post Office via Priority Mail. There will be a $8.99 shipping/handling charge.

International Shipping rates vary greatly depending on the weight and size of the package. The Shipping Costs outlined above are only approximations. These costs will vary. You will be contacted via email for approval, prior to shipping, if these charges are going to change.

Due to heightened credit card fraud, if your billing and/or shipping address is outside of the United States, you may be required to fax or email us a copy of your credit card and a picture ID. This is to protect you from any potential fraudulent activity. We appreciate your cooperation.
IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION: Your package will be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the importer of the items must pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TAXES AND DUTIES IMPOSED ON YOUR PACKAGE. NO EXCEPTIONS! If for some reason, your package is released to you without paying the customs charges and we get billed by your government for these charges, we will charge your credit card for the amount due.
