1920's Costumes

It may be Halloween, or perhaps you've been invited to a theme party, but whatever the occasion, 1920s era outfits are a popular choice when it comes time to choosing costumes. And if you're like us here at Anytime Costumes, the first thing that comes to mind when you think of the 1920s is an image of flapper dresses and gangster outfits. True to form, we have both of these styles and all the accessories you'd need to put the final touches on that spiffy new costume of yours.

1920s Costumes from Anytime Costumes
One of the more fashionable 1920s costumes is that of the flapper dress, and we carry these cute little numbers in a wide variety of fabrics, colors, and sizes. Some of the dresses come in bright colors, like purple and red, while others make a more subtle statement in black; you can also choose between a dress dripping with a fringe or a piece made from beautiful crushed velvet. Add some fishnet tights, a long strand of pearls, a feather boa and sequined headband to complete the look.

For the dapper gent who wants to escort his lovely lady in style, we suggest a brightly colored zoot suit. Dressed in big bold stripes and loud colors like bright gold, you'll be the hit of party! To make things even easier, our zoot suits come with matching jacket, pants, tie and hat, as well as a black shirt front--that way you don't have to worry about accessorizing the costume.

If you'd rather steer clear of the jazz baby look, you might like our gangster and gangster moll costumes. We have a classic pinstriped suit for the gentlemen, children and lots of options for the ladies: you can do a basic gangster moll look with a double-breasted jacket and matching pant, or go for something a little sexier, like our pinstriped miniskirt and crop top. Add a gangster hat and to the costume, and you're all set!
