Caribbean Pirates

When kicking around costume ideas for your child, how about a pirate? Since humans first set sail, pirates were around to commit robbery on the high seas! Arrrr, my matey! Tis true. Some days ya feels like lootin' and some days ya feels like plunderin'. Children, hoist your pirate flags and set sail with the spiffiest of costumes. A few hints for extra special touches: Add gold costume jewelry, an eye patch and a pirate's hook. Dab on black face paint for a beard and/or create a missing-tooth. Grab a stuffed bird and use craft wire to attach to your shirtsleeve. Now yer ready to collect yer booty!
